Processing & delivery estimates
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday. Transport is estimated at 15–30 calendar days after dispatch. Processing business days and transport calendar days are separate. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free when the order total is $50.99 or more. Orders below $50.99 have an $8.59 shipping charge. There is no minimum item count.
Taxes & import duties
Product prices include taxes and duties. Customers do not need to pay additional taxes or import duties for the products under these terms.
Tracking
The tracking number is communicated by email after dispatch. Keep the order number for shipping questions and check the supplied tracking details for progress.
Address changes
While an order is still being processed, email [email protected] to request an address change. Changes cannot be accepted after dispatch. Delivery problems caused by an address entered incorrectly by the customer are the customer’s responsibility; this does not extend that responsibility to errors made by the store.
Delayed, missing or damaged shipments
If a shipment appears delayed or missing, contact us with your order number and available tracking details. For damage, describe the issue and include photographs of the item and packaging when available. We will review the circumstances and discuss the next steps; a tracking estimate alone is not a delivery guarantee.
