Currency & payment methods
Prices and payments are in United States dollars (USD). The payment brands presented for the store are Visa, MasterCard and JCB. Use the methods offered at the payment step for the order you are placing.
When payment is taken
Payment is charged when an order is placed. A payment authorization or charge by itself does not establish that an order has been accepted. Keep any order and payment reference for questions.
Product prices & shipping
Product prices include taxes and duties. Shipping is free when the order total is $50.99 or more; otherwise shipping is $8.59. The applicable amount belongs with the order details.
Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined, check the entered billing details and contact your card issuer when needed. Do not repeatedly submit a payment when its outcome is unclear. Contact [email protected] with the order or transaction reference; do not email your full card number or security code.
Refunds
Approved refunds are arranged to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned goods are received. For eligibility and return shipping, read the Returns & Refunds policy.
